It's been another struggle but I can now take Cigna Insurance. However, starting October 1, 2017 I will no longer be accepting Molina Medicaid. They're just too hard to deal with. If you have Molina, I suggest you consider switching to Superior, Amerigroup or Parkland.
Good Lord it's been a struggle, but I can now accept Superior, Molina, Parkland and Amerigroup Medicaid! If there are others out there, just let me know and I'll start working on accepting them. (Or, rather, getting them to accept me!)
I've listened to you and have begun to get training in Play Therapy so I will be able to serve clients between the ages of 3 and 12 (along with still seeing everyone else!) Over the break I will be transforming my office to include an area for Play Therapy. I can also do the CANS assessments necessary for children in the Foster Care system. I'm excited to begin this work! I think it also might be helpful for older clients on occasion. Who doesn't like playing with toys?

Here's a picture of me at the Lion's Club walk for diabetes awareness on October 13. I got to counsel some folks and I gave blood. A good time was had by all. With the possible exception of my husband who had to help me set up and take down, bring me breakfast, and wait while the Red Cross did their thing! Thanks, honey!
